What we collect
We collect personal data only through channels you initiate:
Contact form — name, email, phone (optional), city, message text, and the service category you selected.
Email and phone — whatever you choose to share in the conversation.
Cookies & analytics — only after you accept the DPDP consent banner. See “Cookies” below.
How we use it
Strictly to:
Respond to your enquiry within 48 working hours.
Coordinate with Kotak Securities Limited for transaction execution, only after you ask us to.
Send service emails (e.g. acknowledgement of your contact-form submission). We do not send marketing emails.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
AMFI data sharing
Where AMFI-mandated reporting requires it (annual returns, KYC traceability under SEBI norms), aggregated and individually identifiable distribution data may be shared with AMFI, AMCs, and Registrars (CAMS, KFinTech). This sharing is on regulatory grounds and you cannot opt out of it without also opting out of investing through us.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies needed to remember your DPDP consent choice. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) loads only after you click Accept on the consent banner. There are no tracking pixels, no behavioural advertising scripts, and no third-party trackers loaded without your consent.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site, or by emailing us at info@investorsahayogi.com and we will delete any associated analytics records.
Data retention
Contact-form submissions are retained for two years from the date of last interaction, after which the record is deleted. Where SEBI / AMFI / Income-Tax requirements oblige longer retention (e.g. distribution-reporting backups), the regulator's period governs.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request erasure of data we are not regulator-bound to retain.
Withdraw consent to analytics processing at any time, with no impact on the services you can access.
Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf.
