Investor Sahayogi is a Mutual Fund Distributor only. We are NOT a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (SEBI RIA), a Portfolio Management Services (PMS) provider, an insurance broker, or a stock broker.
We distribute Regular Plans of open-ended mutual fund schemes across SEBI-defined categories (Equity, Hybrid, Debt, and Other). We provide incidental information about the schemes we distribute. Personalised investment advice — defined under the SEBI rules governing sebi rias — is outside our scope.
We earn trail commission from Asset Management Companies on Regular Plan mutual-fund investments. This commission is embedded in the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) — there is no separate charge paid by you to us.
Direct Plans of the same scheme have a slightly lower TER (no distributor commission included). You may invest in Direct Plans directly with the AMC at any time.

NISM Series V-A certification is held by associates servicing distribution. AMFI verifies this every three years at ARN renewal.
Bond and IPO facilitation flows through a Direct Sales Associate (DSA) arrangement with Kotak Securities Limited, executed via a DSA agreement dated April 2026. We may receive referral fees as per that agreement. Final pricing, allotment, and acceptance for these products rest with the issuer and Kotak.
We do not collect demat or banking credentials, place trades, or hold securities on your behalf. All execution happens inside Kotak Connect Plus or other Kotak surfaces.
You have the right to (a) change your distributor at any time without an NOC; (b) switch to a Direct Plan of the same scheme at any time; (c) receive a written explanation of how your distributor is remunerated; (d) file a complaint at any of the five escalation stages described on the Raise a Complaint page.
The five-stage escalation path is mandated by SEBI and AMFI: our inbox → AMC → AMFI → SEBI SCORES → SMART ODR. Working-day SLAs are listed there.
We collect personal data only through the contact channels you choose (email, phone, contact form). We use it to respond to your enquiry and — with your knowledge — to coordinate with Kotak for transaction execution.
We process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). Analytics and behavioural tracking are gated by an explicit consent banner; declining consent does not affect your access to the site.
